Please note: All of my images are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and are sold for personal use only - for private viewing. Without prior consent, images may not be reproduced in any manner whatsoever, electronically or otherwise. This includes any derivative of the images, such as drawings, paintings, inclusion in collages, or Internet use. I will, on occasion, license my work for enterprises that are consistent with my personal beliefs - natural history education, cultural education,  or conservation oriented causes. Licensing for commercial use will depend on the nature of your business.

***Special note about my wolf photos: Because of my agreement with the Wolf Haven sanctuary, no commercial use will be allowed with any of my images of wolves made made at that facility. I will occasionally allow these images to be used in settings that are designed solely for natural history education and/or conservation purposes. In any case, the organization must not be connected in any way with a commercial enterprise. "Non-profit" is defined as organizations designated 501 c3 (in the USA, similar designations elsewhere). 

In addition, I do not allow any of the  images on my website to be used in roll playing games, or any other "fantasy" type use, blogs, etc.

Sales tax is required from WA State residents.

Payment from foreign orders must be in US funds.

 

Some darkroom prints may be selenium toned, or sepia or blue toned.

Special note: Due to health reasons, I am not making new darkroom prints. In some cases, prints in limited quantity are still available. I have located a printer, who's work I really like. If necessary, and in some cases, I can have a darkroom print made through her. Print prices will be considerably higher.

Postage/Shipping/Handling extra. ( $20 in the US/CAN. I ship via UPS or FedEx  unless you prefer another carrier. Include extra for expedited delivery. For deliveries to countries other then the USA or Canada, shipping is higher. Sometimes it is cheaper to ship via U.S. Postal Service  worldwide, though I prefer UPS or FedEx.

I do not ship framed work because of the danger of breakage. Despite my best efforts to pack framed work properly, breakage has occurred in the past. Besides, I have found that most people prefer to choose their own frames.

Mats are hinged using archival quality tape. My standard mat colors are white, off white, or in some cases, black. Color mats are sometimes used with color or toned prints.

 I mount prints with archival corners. This minimizes any damage to the print and allows you to have the print remounted to your own personal taste if you desire.

 I will not cash your check/money order until I know your print (s) have arrived safely. In addition, if you are not happy with the work,  you can send it back and I will return your check to you.  However, if I have not heard from you within 30 days of the print being sent out, I will assume everything is OK and will deposit your payment.

Notes:  The "darkroom" print version of the crow portrait as seen on my main Crow web page does not have the "fancy" broken-frame around it. This was created digitally for my web site. The image is available as a digital print with this frame.

The frame around the standing snowy owl photo, *is*, however available on the silver image print, as is the photo, "crofet4" --  the top image on the "Crowflies" page.

The image of "Rogue & Pretty Girl, wolf greeting) is available only as a custom printed 8x10 matted to 11x14. The print is a darkroom print, on fiber paper and selenium toned. Cost is $200.

 

Digital print notes: **The image, "Crow Flight"  looks great on watercolor paper!

The close-up portrait of the crow's head (with the white background) is available only as a digital print.

Digital prints are made on Epson's Enhanced Heavyweight Matte paper, Epson's Premium Lustre( similar to Kodak's "E" surface paper, Somerset Photo Enhanced Velvet, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 gsm,  or  watercolor paper. Certain images may be made on other specialty papers. The printer is an Epson Photo Stylus 2200 printer with Epson's archival inks. Special care must be taken with digital prints to avoid fading or the colors from changing due to ambient light and/or atmospheric conditions. Digital prints should be framed under glass soon upon receipt, or kept in boxes.
